Repair Introduction:  Customer sent in a Fossil timepiece with a shattered crystal, scratched band. The crystal was completely shattered causing glass to enter the movement therefore we had to replace it. We also replaced all his band pins as a complimentary repair. Repair Introduction: The deployment clasp was completely shattered and inoperative, Rolex had advised the client to purchase a new band for roughly 15k (platinum) We were able to repair it with laser technology and perform a light polish/buff for $499. We were very excited to work on this project as well as provide our client with huge savings.
