I highly recommend this wonderful company!! I had the best experience with them. I was scared to send an expensive watch to them not really knowing much about this company. But in the end they fixed my watch, cleaned it… made it look like new again! And to top it off at a much more reasonable price than what I was quoted at other repair stores! I have had three watches repaired at TWR. All three jobs were completed very fast. The watches looked like new and the new bracelet band was adjusted perfectly. Great service and price all around.

EXCELLENT watch repair service! I was impressed overall with the efficiency, quality and communications of this company. I had an older Seiko quartz watch that I inherited - polished, reconditioned and had a new band put on. Very pleased. I will use them again.

Was kind of expensive but they did a excellent job, replacing a bezel, cleaning, servicing, replacing crystal and it was an older seiko dive watch . I took it to a seiko dealer and they would not touch it. I highly recommend this watch repair. Completely satisfied.

I found TWR via Google as I had a Seiko Solar watch that stopped working and would not charge. I reached out and they promptly responded that the capacitor probably needed to be replaced and would estimate $110 for the job. I shipped them my watch and received a written estimate the day after they received it which I approved the same day. 10 days later, I received notice that repairs were complete and I paid my invoice online and 3 days later I received my watch. TWR even set the date and time for my local time zone. My favorite watch is back in working order thanks to TWR. I'm one happy camper!

Ater contacting Total Watch Repair and sending my beloved irreplaceable watch to Total Watch Repair I knew it was in safe hands. They were extremely communicative from acknowledging receiving the watch, subsequently giving me an estimate detailing their work to be done to approve and continuing to be communicative with along the way with any updates. They required no payment until the work was finished and being shipped back to me. Every time I had a question, they responded rapidly. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Highly recommend this was such an easy and pain free. Process in did my research and read reviews which all were satisfied with the service. Total watch repair was amazing! Not only did they come through with exactly they that they said they would do but their correspondence was stellar. I thought they would be like every other company we have to email them a hundred times to get the right answer. They were very concise in their emails and explained everything even sent me pictures. I couldn't say enough about them when I got my watch I was very happy with it. The only thing which wasn't their fault is that I wanted to have another either leather or rubber strap which they explained would not be a good choice. I took the recommendation. I would not hesitate to use them again I'm going to bookmark their website and keep their number in my Google contacts. It's nice to see that a company follow through 100% with what they say they're going to do. Hard to find that anymore in this world

After a fair amount of research online as to watch repair, I found Total Watch Repair. The repairs were for a specific brand of watch that my wife loved and had received as a gift. After several years of strong wear and tear, it stopped and not from a rundown battery. I called and talked with Total Watch then decided to go through their process. It turns out it was very efficient and professional, as well as considerate. My wife, as well as myself, was very pleased with their work and craftsmanship. Great experience and service by Total Watch Repair. They repaired the mechanism on my Seiko watch and polished the band and face of my watch. It looks brand new. I could not be happier. Additionally, shout out to Nadine who personally helped me when the delivery of my watch was delayed. She really cared about my watch and got it to me quickly. I could not believe my eyes when my repaired watch arrived looking brand new and smoothly running again after 15 years. I continued looking for someone to repair the watch when a few weeks ago I found Total Watch Repair. I text them pictures of my watch and they suggested I send the watch for an estimate. In a few days I received a text indicating they could repair the watch and the quote I felt very reasonable. I have had my watch back for a few weeks and it is still running accurately.
