Repair Introduction: A valued customer visited our storefront with a Skagen watch they had discovered in a family member's belongings. The watch had been untouched and left in a state of disrepair for many years. Extensive work was needed: we replaced the movement due to dirt ingress caused by a detached crystal, and the watch hands were also damaged. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, we polished the watch and performed an ultrasonic cleaning. The entire repair process was completed within 2-3 weeks. When the customer returned to collect their timepiece, they expressed immense satisfaction with the results of the repairs.
