Repair Introduction:  Customer sent in a Fossil timepiece with a shattered crystal, scratched band. The crystal was completely shattered causing glass to enter the movement therefore we had to replace it. We also replaced all his band pins as a complimentary repair. Turnaround time for these repairs was 8 business days.
