In this video, Don gives step by step instructions on how to replace a straight-end, leather watchband on an Invicta watch. The majority of watches use this attachment method, meaning that DIY watch band replacement is usually a pretty straightforward process.

Tools Used:
- Cloth: Used to prevent scratching the case and crystal
- Spring Bar Removal Tool: Used to help remove and insert the spring bars during both removal and attachment. If you don't have this tool, you can buy one or you can use a miniature flat-head screwdriver or a knife (take care not to scuff the leather if using a knife).
